Cucumber and Sour Cream Salmon

For 4 persons
Ingredients:
The Sauce:
- 1 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 pinch of Harissa or Tabasco sauce
- 1 unpealed small cucumber cut in dices
- Salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped dill or fennel
The Salmon:
- 1 pressed lime or lemon
- 1 pinch of Harissa of Tabasco sauce
- 4 salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1 lime or lemon cut in fines slices
Direction
The sauce :
- Combine in a medium size bowl the sour cream, harissa or Tabasco sauce.
- Incorporate the cucumber dices, salt and dill.
- Reserve
The salmon :
- In an other bowl, ad Harissa or Tabasco sauce in the lime or lemon juice.
- On a oiled grill, cook the salmon with spicy lime or lemon juice. Pour regularly on the salmon some juice.
- Grilled until the salmon becomes opaque.
- Serve with lemon slices and sour cream sauce.
