Cucumber and Sour Cream Salmon

For 4 persons

Ingredients:

The Sauce:

  • 1 cup low fat sour cream
  • 1 pinch of Harissa or Tabasco sauce
  • 1 unpealed small cucumber cut in dices
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped dill or fennel     

The Salmon:

  • 1 pressed lime or lemon
  • 1 pinch of Harissa of Tabasco sauce
  • 4 salmon steaks (1 inch thick) 
  • 1 lime or lemon cut in fines slices
     

Direction

The sauce :

  • Combine in a medium size bowl  the sour cream, harissa or Tabasco sauce. 
  • Incorporate the cucumber dices, salt and dill. 
  • Reserve

The salmon :

  • In an other bowl, ad Harissa or Tabasco sauce in the lime or lemon juice.
  • On a oiled grill, cook the salmon with spicy lime or lemon juice. Pour regularly on the salmon some juice.
  • Grilled until the salmon becomes opaque.
  • Serve with lemon slices and sour cream sauce.
