Green beans and Soybean sprouts Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 2 Tsp Tamari sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander or parsley
  • 1 Tsp sugar
  • 1 Tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Pinch garlic powder
  • 2 Cups cooked green beans
  • 1 Cup soybean sprouts
  • 1 Green or red diced pepper
  • 1 Tsp sesame seeds (preferably roasted )

 

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the firsts 6 ingredients.
  • Add the green beans, soybean sprouts and the diced pepper. 
  • Mix well, cover and refrigerate from 4 to 24 hours.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
