Green beans and Soybean sprouts Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 2 Tsp Tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander or parsley
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 1 Tsp sesame oil
- 1 Pinch garlic powder
- 2 Cups cooked green beans
- 1 Cup soybean sprouts
- 1 Green or red diced pepper
- 1 Tsp sesame seeds (preferably roasted )
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the firsts 6 ingredients.
- Add the green beans, soybean sprouts and the diced pepper.
- Mix well, cover and refrigerate from 4 to 24 hours.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
