• Support us year-round for only a few dollars a month.
• Spread out your gift without feeling the pinch.
• Cancel at any time by notifying us in writing or by phone.
• You will receive an official tax receipt of your annual contributions in the mail every December.
• To make direct debit donations by credit card, just complete our secure online form, phone us or use the print form.
• To have your bank account debited, just print the form, complete it and send it to us with a sample cheque by fax, mail or in person.

  By phone
Phone us at 514 593-2525 and have your credit card number and the expiration date on hand.

  By mail or fax
Just complete the form, print it out and send it to us with:
- Your credit card number, the expiration date and the type of credit card (VISA or MasterCard),
  OR
- A sample cheque.
